Contact
Talk to a person
Two addresses, so your message reaches whoever can actually act on it. Both are read by people.
Support
Accounts, contracts, milestones, payments, disputes and anything that has gone wrong.
General enquiries
Partnerships, press, billing questions before you have an account, and anything that is not a support issue.
Trust and safety
Report a user, a job post, a listing or a message. Anything involving money or personal safety is handled first.
Before you write
Most questions are answered on the questions page, and it is faster than waiting for a reply. It also says plainly which parts of the platform are not finished yet, which is the most common reason people write in.
The single most useful thing you can put in a support email is a reference. Every account, job, proposal, service, order and contract has one — FR00001000, JOB0004000, PRO0005000 and so on. It is shown at the top of the thing it belongs to. With a reference, support can look at exactly what you are looking at.
If you are reporting something urgent — a payment that has gone wrong, an account you think has been compromised, or conduct that puts someone at risk — say so in the subject line and it will be picked up ahead of the queue.
What we cannot help with
We do not mediate arrangements made off the platform. If a contract was agreed by email and paid by bank transfer, none of it is recorded here, there is no escrow to freeze and no evidence to weigh. That is the main reason to keep the work on the platform even when it feels like extra friction.
We also cannot recover a password from a hash. If you lose access to the email address on your account, we cannot verify you are you, and that is deliberate — the alternative is a support process that an attacker can use as well as you can.
