No commissions are taken from freelancers. You are paid the amount you agreed, in full. The commission is charged to the client on top of it.
Transfer charges are separate. Far Reach does not deduct anything, but the bank or money transfer service that carries the payment does, and so does any currency conversion. They belong to the transfer service, not to us, and we cannot waive or refund them.

A job agency hiring candidates for others pays USD 500.00 a month, USD 5.00 per posting and USD 100.00 once per hire. Resume search is unlimited, every posting names a verified HR contact and hiring manager, jobs can be loaded in batches, and applicants can be screened with AI. Nothing is charged to the person hired. Each posting stays listed for 30 days. Another 30 days costs USD 5.00, paid by card from the job page.
