No commissions are taken from freelancers. You are paid the amount you agreed, in full. The commission is charged to the client on top of it.

Transfer charges are separate. Far Reach does not deduct anything, but the bank or money transfer service that carries the payment does, and so does any currency conversion. They belong to the transfer service, not to us, and we cannot waive or refund them.

You pay the amount agreed with the freelancer plus a 7% commission , and a USD 10.00 hire fee once per contract . Every payment is held against the contract until you accept the work. Each posting stays listed for 60 days. After that you can repost it for free from the job page.

Resume search is unlimited, every posting names a verified HR contact and hiring manager, jobs can be loaded in batches, projects can be run on the site, and applicants can be screened with AI. Nothing is charged to the person hired. Each posting stays listed for 60 days. After that you can repost it for free from the job page.

A job agency hiring candidates for others pays nothing at all — no monthly fee, nothing per posting and no hire fee. Nothing is charged to the person hired. Each posting stays listed for 30 days. After that you can repost it for free from the job page.

Next you will read the Member Agreement - the disclaimers, and that disputes are resolved where the freelancer lives. Your account is created only when you accept it, and your acceptance is recorded with its version, the time and the address it came from.
